Chinese Eggplant Ma-Zu is one the most popular eggplants in Taiwan. Long fruits are 8-12 inches long and 2 inches in diameter, in dark purple color. The extra soft and tender eggplants are very delicious and excellent for stir-fry cooking. The plants grow vigorously in warm climates and bear lots of fruits for a long season.
