Thai Eggplant This is a hybrid version of Thai round eggplant, which is well established and very popular in the markets for its superior quality. Small round eggplants, 40-60 gram and 3-4 cm in diameter, have green/white variegated skin and green calyx. Young fruits are very tasty, which can be eaten fresh or cooked. The medium size plant is strong and very productive. An excellent variety for home garden and fresh market. Also widely grown by commercial farmers in Southeastern Asia.
