Maturity 80 days. A Brandywine style tomato that was crossed at some point with an unknown "black" variety possible Cherokee Purple or Black Krim. Great flavor and a good slicer. Best if used right after picking as it quick to soften. Lycopersicon esculentum. Plant produces good yields of 16 oz reddish black beefsteak tomatoes. Tomatoes have rich tomato flavor and turn dark reddish black (black tomato) when mature. Excellent in salads and sandwiches. A heirloom variety from the USA. Indeterminate |
