Tourco is a large-seeded tofu-type soybean cultivar with elevated seed protein content developed at the Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada Research Centre, Harrow, Ontario. Tourco has yellow hilum color and good tofu processing quality for foreign and domestic markets. Tourco was developed by Dr. Vaino Poysa at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada in Harrow and is marketed by SG Ceresco.

Agronomic information:
•    High yielding (15% higher yields than Harovinton)
•    Tofu quality of Harovinton variety
•    High protein (45%)
•    Seed size: 4,200 seeds/kg
•    Excellent Phytophtora root rot resistance
•    Phytophthora root rot % plant loss: 7%.
