An improvement on the popular Laxtonian. Vines about 20-24 inches high; color, light green. Vigorous growth. The pods pointed and a little darker in color than the vine. Considered fully four days earlier than Laxtonian. This variety bears bountiful pods with 6-9 flavorful peas in each. 20-24" bush plants need no support. Harvest when pods are full but before they start losing their bright green color. Great for freezing or using fresh. 65-70 days to maturity. Go to table of pea varieties
