Strong upright plants which will withstand hard pounding rains. Thick, flat, robust pods, 5-6" long with a flavor which is simply superb - 'beany', yet sweet and crisp.
Excellent germination and vigorous pod set make this the finest bush Romano yet trialed.
Excellent disease resistance.
Romano type bean, an 18” upright bush plant that’s ideal for the smaller garden. Tender meaty flat pods are medium green and stringless.
Best harvested when beans are about 6” long.
