CDC Robin is a high-yielding, red cotyledon lentil cultivar developed by the Crop development Centre, University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. It has brown seed coat colour suitable for the small red market class of lentil. It is intended for cultivation in all lentil-growing areas of western Canada.
CDC Robin and CDC Rosetown have a brown seed coat and are resistant to both ascochyta blight and Race 1 anthracnose, and have a smaller, more rounded seed.
