Soft wheat (Triticum aestivum), the type of wheat with non-friable, or a non spinous, loose, long ear and naked grains of different colors (white, yellow, red). View hexaploid (in somatic cells contain 42 chromosomes), it is very ductile and the most common, is cultivated in all agricultural areas of the world. Soft wheat – frost resistant, drought-resistant and quick. More than 250 varieties of this species, most of them covered with Lyutestsens, Eritrospermum, Milturum, Albidum, Ferrugineum, Grekum.
