A winter soft wheat (triticum aestivum var. lutescens). Created with crossing of varieties Orovcanka x Balkan by Dr.Ilija Orovcanec and Ing. agr. Ognen Orovcanec. Approved by comision for varieties in 2003 g.
The hight of the stem 80-82 cm. Early varicty with good resistance to lodging, rust and mildew and to shattering. Very good milling and baking quality.
The weight of 1 000 grains 42 gr. the hectoliter weight 78-82. Quality elass A1.  Quality number 80. Proteins more than 15%. Sedimentation more than 50%
